Users engage Dental Practitioners at their own discretion and risk. We do not provide Dental Practitioners with any clinical or service provision guidelines and take no responsibility for any contractual relationships between Users and Dental Practitioners or work carried out by Dental Practitioners.
Terms and Conditions
3. General
3.1 Affordable Dental Implants is an online service which facilitates patients to locate participating Dental Practitioners (“Dental Practitioners”) from our network of Dental Practitioner partners who provide dental implant surgery and other forms of cosmetic dentistry.
3.2 We may provide other goods and services from time to time. Full details will be provided on the website.
4. Conditions of Use
4.1 In using this website you:
4.1.1 agree to these terms and conditions;
4.1.2 confirm the truth and accuracy of the information that you supply to Affordable Dental Implants;
4.1.3 authorise Affordable Dental Implants to share the information that you supply through this website with our panel of Dental Practitioners;
4.1.4 agree to accept communications from Affordable Dental Implants or any Dental Practitioner by email, letter or telephone in order to confirm any appointment or course of treatment; and
4.1.5 accept responsibility for all financial transactions made in your name in relation to the the services provided hereunder and the service provided by any Dental Practitioner.
4.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions applied by particular Dental Practitioners in relation to the services they provide. Such terms are not a replacement for these terms and conditions.
5. Dental Practitioners
5.1 You acknowledge and accept that the Dental Practitioners referred to on the website are made up from members of our Dental Practitioner network. Furthermore, these Dental Practitioners may change from time to time and are not the only Dental Practitioners in any particular geographical area or clinical specialism.
5.2 In order to widen the choice of Dental Practitioners in certain geographical areas and clinical specialisms we may pass your details on to other dental or clinical practitioners who are not currently members of our network.
6. Appointments with Dental Practitioners
6.1 In making an appointment either through this website or directly with your preferred Dental Practitioner, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct contract with an individual Dental Practitioner and agree that Affordable Dental Implants is neither party to, nor has responsibility for, this contract and its terms.
6.2 Upon submission of an appointment request to your chosen Dental Practitioner through this website, we will contact you to discuss your requirements and then either refer you to your chosen Dental Practitioner or recommend an alternative Dental Practitioner more suited to your clinical requirements and location. You authorise us to provide either your chosen Dental Practitioner or any alternative Dental Practitioner we recommend with your contact details and treatment request.
6.3 By submitting a request for an appointment through the website you are inviting the Dental Practitioner to make contact with you with a view to arranging an appointment.
6.4 We may contact you at anytime to discuss the progress of your treatment and for feedback on the services provided by the Dental Practitioner.
6.5 You acknowledge that confirmation of an appointment does not constitute a legal obligation on the Dental Practitioner to provide any services to you and your appointment is not made until such time as the Dental Practitioner has confirmed the booking with you.

6.5 Should you choose to appoint a NHS Dental Practitioner you agree to pay our fixed fee for this introduction at the rate set out in the website.
7. Pricing and Availability
7.1 Any pricing or price information on the website is indicative only and Affordable Dental Implants takes no responsibility for this information. Specific pricing for any clinic services you might require will be at the sole discretion of individual Dental Practitioners.
7.2 In most cases Dental Practitioners will only be able to provide a quotation for clinic services and treatments following an examination. The Dental Practitioner may charge you a fee for this examination.
7.3 Affordable Dental Implants do not guarantee any Dental Practitioner quotation or the availability of a Dental Practitioner and you acknowledge and accept that any appointment or quotation provided by a Dental Practitioner may be subject to change, for which Affordable Dental Implants takes no responsibility.
7.4 Should you be liable to pay us a fee for referring you to a NHS Dental Practitioner (reference clause 6.5 above) this fee shall be due and payable to us within 14 days of our invoice (“Due Date”).Time shall be of the essence. Without limitation of any other right or remedy in the case of late payment of any invoice we shall have the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per cent per annum above the then current Bank of England base rate accruing on a daily basis from the Due Date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment.
8. Services
8.1 The clinical work involved in each treatment type is specific to individual patients. Affordable Dental Implants will from time to time offer a guide to what is typically included within a treatment. However you should always check with your chosen Dental Practitioner to confirm the work involved before you enter into a contractual relationship for the provision of the said clinical services.
8.2 If additional clinical issues are identified when a Dental Practitioner undertakes an examination, it is the responsibility of the Dental Practitioner to discuss their recommendations and provide you with a quotation for any additional treatment which may be required.
9. Liability and Warranties
9.1 To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Affordable Dental Implants excludes all liability and responsibility arising out of:
9.1.1 your use of the services and products provided by participating Dental Practitioners; and
9.1.2 the failure of Dental Practitioners to supply clinical services or products, whether in whole or in part; and
9.1.3 the failure of the Dental Practitioner to provide correct and accurate advice to you in respect of your proposed treatment.
9.2 Affordable Dental Implants shall have no liability to you or any user of the website for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition hereunder, or any negligence or breach of statutory or other duty either on our part or on the part of a Dental Practitioner or in any way out of or in connection with the performance of us or any Dental Practitioner except:
9.2.1 for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or breach of duty of any Dental Practitioner; or
9.2.2 as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing this website through your internet connection and account details are aware of these terms and conditions and comply with them.
9.4 You agree that you will not hold Affordable Dental Implants responsible for any damages that result from you accessing this website.
9.5 Where we supply you with any goods we warrant that on delivery the Goods shall:
(a) conform in all material respects with their description;
(b) be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship;
(c) be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979); and
(d) be fit for any purpose held out by us.

The information you give us is shared through a secure site with the Referral Centre chosen by you during the appointment booking process. Dental Practitioners are granted access to the information that they require in order to contact you to complete your enquiry Once you are in direct communication with your chosen Dental Practitioner or their clinic you may enter into a contract with them to complete the appointment, to which their own terms and conditions may apply. For the avoidance of doubt, Affordable Dental Implants is not a data controller in respect of any information passed through a contractual arrangement entered into between a user and Dental Practitioner. The Dental Practitioners are subject to local laws on data protection and you should refer to the relevant Referral Centre for details of their privacy policy.
